For a local theatre this is a good size with excellent seating. Tiered seats with plenty of leg room. Good bar facilities and clean toilets. Opposite a pub if you want a meal before a show. Close to the station and buses. Car parking available but need to get there early. An excellent variety of shows and events on offer throughout the year.
Could do with some TLC, quite dated in places. It's probably nice to have a local theatre in a small village, however I'm sure that they could probably afford to update it in a few places. Overall the experience wasn't too bad for what it is. It also had the added benefit of a car park, which was free in the evenings and on a Sunday.
